Creating custom jewelry is a journey. One that we guide with expertise, transparency, and care. Every detail is considered to ensure your finished piece feels as meaningful as the moment it represents.
Our Custom Design Process
Step 1: Inspiration & Discovery
Share your vision with us. Whether it’s a sketch, a photo, or a design you’ve admired, your inspiration becomes the foundation. We take the time to understand your style, preferences, and the story behind your piece.
Step 2: 3D Design & Rendering
To begin the design phase, a rendering fee of $250–$500 is required, depending on the scope of the project. This fee is fully applied toward your final purchase if you choose to move forward.
Our designers create a detailed 3D model, giving you a realistic preview of your piece. This allows you to see the design before it’s made, request refinements, and receive an accurate quote based on materials and craftsmanship.
Step 3: Final Approval & Deposit
Once your design is finalized, we’ll send an invoice to your email. After approval of the rendering, a 10% deposit is required to begin crafting your piece.
Step 4: Expert Craftsmanship
Your jewelry is then brought to life by our skilled jewelers. Over the course of approximately 5–8 weeks, each element is carefully crafted and assembled to meet our standards, ensuring a finished piece that is built to last.
Step 5: Completion & Delivery
Once complete and fully paid, your custom piece is carefully prepared and shipped to you. The result is a timeless, one-of-a-kind design created specifically for you.

Custom Order Policy
- The $250–$500 rendering deposit is non-refundable and reflects the time, expertise, and detail involved in creating your custom design. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase if the project moves forward.
- Complimentary shipping is provided using a standard delivery method selected by Emigh Jewelry Company, most often USPS Priority Mail Express. Additional charges may apply for expedited, upgraded, or non-standard delivery requests.
- Due to the custom nature of each piece, all custom jewelry orders are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
